have you bothered calling the state of delaware? august 16th, was 2 months ago. that's not reliable dd when it's so out of date. call the state of delaware and find out for yourself, so you can have updated "dd" that you can trust.

You are correct, however the quarterly was for peroid ending June 30, 2010. Any updates after that date will not be included in that quarterly filing. I suggest going to State of Delaware: Division of Corporations site and pay the $10 to get the update.

Type in the company name and pay the $10 fee for the update.
