Any idea when 1.2 PCs are expected to be widely available in the market? All I've heard is 2nd half of '05 but that's a bit vague.

The more I look into your comment as follows, the more I think you may be right:

"I don't believe Dell expects to sell that many 1.1 machines and I do think that they waited to come on board JUST IN TIME to position themselves for 1.2 and Longhorn. Of course, I could be wrong, but that's how I'm viewing it."
