Theoretically yes. But dont forget that brokerages force to cover in a limited time esp if the PPS is on the rise. Brokerages wont like to put their money on risk with the MMs if the PPS continues rising. Moreso, even the MM would like to get out of sleepless nights and rather focus on some easy prey than some thing which is showing real profits.
