Another possible option is.

MM's cover some of the shares each quarter and keep paying the dividend. Until there fully covered. I don't know if they are going to 100% fold for this dividend. They have a full quarter after the 30th to steal shares.

Trying to have a normal discussion. We have not really entertained the possibility that they will partially cover and then keep playing games. Eventually they will have to completely cover but what happens next quarter if they do not? Any ideas?
