Pretty debatable I guess.

Answer may be in Bain's Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition. Don't recall seeing the shell as a personal asset.

I emailed the US Trustee for the DnC Multimedia Chapter 11 case and commented that the Planetlink GPS software was not shown as an asset. Bain publicly said that software cost hundreds of thousands to develop so he thought it was worth a lot of money. Who has that software? And wouldn't creditors listed in the Chapter 11 be entitled to the shell also?
