Was the ch 11 ever completed? I would think these common shares being traded now would be worthless . The shell has value and I can think of no other reason to buy this stock if the shell is being looked at regardless of who owns it now.

I guess whoever controls the stock controls the shell . I think I know who a good candidate is.
