Thats great that you will get a chance to talk to him, and it sounds like he has a lot of motivation to make this work big time.

Totally concur with your latter statement, its one thing to have agreements in principal, but something far different to have a contract, as you said a ton of work and much more detail. I am very patient on this one as I expect the rewards to be great!
