I've had recent email communication with him. He wants to surpass our expectations. He is busy as hell and has little time to talk but plans on making time. I'm expecting to hear more from him today.

I think what a lot of people fail to realize, and i understand the impatience as we have been here for quite some time, is that a PPA takes 200 pages of terms and conditions approved by several teams of lawyers. That isn't done over night and even though something like a PPA and many other things are pretty much a sure thing.........there is still a time and place to officially release them publicly. Other JVs and Energy companies don't sense our urgency to release something if every t is not crossed.
