[The Grabber]

Hi Rick

Do you worry that rising interest rates will impact the Healthcare building reits?

I'm not too worried since I believe that the Healthcare corner of the Real Estate sector probably has the most long term potential. Certainly it is less speculative than most other real estate.

ps where did you get your nickname???

People started calling me "Grabber" or "The Grabber" over 30 years ago; and still do to this day. We actually play a game at work called "Stump the Grabber". Folks come to me with a question or problem, and I usually solve it. Once the issue is resolved I always say "Thanks for playing 'Stump the Grabber'!" Someone even made up a sticker to wear if I can't deal with their issue. It says "I Stumped the Grabber". It's fun.

Basically it is becasue my last name begins with the letters G-R-A-B. The rest being 4 consonants that most folks can't pronouce (I'm of Polish descent). So that is how that evolved. I like it and now use it in various forms on the internet.
