You've missed the entire point to my post - change can occur, but it will only happen if the public unites to make it so.

Ultimately, it's the responsibility of the local, state and federal officials to implement the much needed changes - it's the collective little guy that has the ability to make this a reality. UNFORTUNATELY, it's the very same people that want the little guy to believe that change IS NOT POSSIBLE!!!!
