I'm monitoring their website, they just added this address for their headquarters - 306 Latifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. They also mention 'partners in the Middle East'. Could be big money in this one.

Also, the website was still under construction when I checked a couple of weeks ago, and now it seems to be ready for the most part. That and the recent changes on OTCM tells me they're working on things in the background and should be making an announcement soon.
