You are correct about the misconception judges must be just or fair. Their job is to interpret the LAW for 2 or more parties who are at odds. You may have overwhelming evidence,but if it cannot be presented within the rules of civil/criminal procedure,you loose.I want to thank Ergodoc and company for their efforts,and apologise to the board for not contributing to the equity committee..Over the past year or two,the lovely Mrs Faust has put her dainty foot into the market-I taught her what I could,and she did well-in this case,better than me. She sold everything during the last runup,added that to some casino winnings,and bought a feking house-700 n Avalon,Memphis Tn 38104-unfortunately,I did neglect to educate her that what one earns in profits (and subsequently spends) in the stock market WILL be taxed-I got nailed in taxes for about 30% of what she made here and playing blackjack.I had to sell a shitload of my penny holdings to pay the taxman,including ABWTQ.Hopefully,most of you that run in the same IHUB circles with me PLAYED this,didn't fall in love,and didn't get hurt too badly.I don't believe for a moment the wave of good companies going under has begun to slow down;there will always be other plays.I'm now gonna go hock my kid's bike and deposit some cash in Zecco-anybody got a too da moon hundred bagger?
