Paul Delvechio said that the BOD wanted to sell the company... there is no guessing about this issue if what he told me is correct (he is the spokesman for the company... why would he lie?). That should be a positive for all shareholders IMO since the company is worth MUCH more than it is trading for at the moment. The question remains; what are the terms of the sale and will FTER equity owners get their fair share. In all likelihood I see us getting much more than 8 cents since there are insiders who own commons at a much higher buy in.
