I am starting to lean toward a sale of the company** as well based on the way the market has treated this stock--I know I have been frustrated so I can only imagine how the board must feel!!. There is probably a lot of frustration on the part of the board that they will never get fair pps value for the company unless they sell it.
The other scenario could be that the board will wait to see how the market reacts to the next set of numbers they put up in the quarterlies the week of July 19 before they make a decision whether to sell or not.
