the flaw in that is that oil is retained in sorbent how much seems to be your question and to verify that you should call company to find out the best extraction method .you might need a wine press for all i know but what ever is short from the oil put in to the experiment minus the oil retrieved will not say that oil is still in sand but still in sorbent.jmo
