So doesn't this imply that Al knew about the Bonney and Story previous lawsuit BEFORE creating a CMKX scenario?
Perhaps Hodges doesn't know, or care. Does Hodges know about the Wanta v Paulson lawsuit and the similarities between the events that allegedly happen back then, and now according to World Reports are happening with his lawsuit? They're just regurgitating the same Stories with a Hodges/CMKX twist to it. Hodges even fell for the old World Reports/Cottrell Story that someone was arrested, or was about to be arrested, but it never happens. The one thing they haven't done is an assassination or cloning, but maybe we're not that far into the Story yet. LOL

Hodges does admit he gathers information from various websites. Hodges also thought initially it was the DTCC that held the shareholder funds. Of course, that info started on CMKX forums.
In a nutshell, we have as yet been unable to directly confirm the existence of funds collected for the benefit of shareholders. However, as you are aware, there is a massive amount of reliable information publicly available, located on various websites, etc. and in other forums. We have considered this circumstantial data and attempted to equitably evaluate all of it. When this circumstantial evidence is carefully weighed, it strongly favors confirmation that funds have been collected in the name of the shareholders, that such collected funds have been safeguarded, and that such funds will be distributed at the appropriate time [in our opinion, of course].
Hodges also falsely believes that Roger Glenn drafted the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which Glenn correctly writes on his website he only wrote an explanation of it in a book he authored. Hodges also seems to be under the impression that there were foreign trades. CMKX never traded on a foreign exchange. Plus, there is the allege sell of mineral claims to three Chinese companies that he omits to name in his lawsuit. All this "information" originated on CMKX forums. The shareholders forums have NOT been a reliable source of information.

These figures do not include foreign trades nor trades made on an ex-clearing basis
During the period from November, 2004 through April, 2005, CMKM Diamonds, Inc. negotiated the sale of some of its Saskatchewan, Canada mineral claims to three Chinese domiciled corporations with the advice and consent, inter alia, of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Proceeds from the consummation of such sales were placed into a frozen trust for disbursal at a later time.
