So doesn't this imply that Al knew about the Bonney and Story previous lawsuit BEFORE creating a CMKX scenario? If I'm reading this correctly, it's not now that Al Hodges was duped into getting involved with these guys, but instead ran the exact same lawsuit regarding a different company with the same money owed. Not only that, but probably has attorney/client privilege.
