It's been obvious what M&M were doing for a couple years now to anyone not blinded by abject greed. Everything the SEC alleges, and more, happened.

It is unconscionable to suggest anyone buy this scam stock at this point (as it was following the suspension, after the Wells Notice, after the bounced check suits, etc.).

The only relief for bagholders is to join the class-action lawsuit (if you bought before the suspension).
