You would have hit it right on the nail if I was gullible enough to accept all the allegations made by the SEC. I do not think manamgent are completely without fault but I also do not believe everything alledged has happened. For at least half a year, I have wanted M&M to abdicate from their positions but to try and take the company down, destroying all value to shareholders is outright BS.
