The only relief for bagholders is to join the class-action lawsuit (if you bought before the suspension).

From what I understand, there are some who are looking at the various board pumpers for relief. If they succeed, buying after the Wells Notice might be covered.

Was anyone fed lies on a private board called Moniker on Aimoo by the above mentioned people. Do you have any information that can be turned over on these people such as chat logs and emails?
