You'd be surprised. Charities are really picky as to what they'll accept. Who knew? Try calling up a charity and explaining your situation to them and see what they say. Tell them the current value.
Oh yeah, and how many shares did you say you wanted to buy? Better hurry as I think my seller is seeing dollar signs. You need to act before he changes his mind.
