fung_derf - Of course I would present those shares as a lottery ticket. Something that they would not ordinarily do ( buy a penny stock). I would present them with the story behind the shares. I would explain the naked shorting to them as well. I would present the whole story Both sides. Tell them to hold on and see what happens.

A total lottery ticket. with a 3.87 trillion lawsuit behind it. That would make for an interesting story.

I wonder, if you donate your shares, how much you can claim on your taxes?
Can you imagine, you announce to the newspaper that you'd like to make a donation of millions of shares of stock to build a hospital. They give you a key to the city, the mayor shakes your hand, the doctors and nurses all approach you with smiles, and then you give them your certificate for 10 million shares of CMKX.
On a related note, are public hangings still illegal?
