Next week will bring out the next phase of the complaint against our company, some are opposed to that but it is in the works already and imo it is totally fair. They should be doing their jobs no matter what. I will have a special section that comes out on the boards of questions you demand the answers to of our own company. IE, why did you work with urban after you knew the silver state bank evidence as it was on the boards you watched every single day per john martin, why did you leave urban out of the derivative letter when you knew he was as guilty or looked as guilty as john edwards, why are you partners with emerson koch who helped urban defraud us apparently, why did you..... anything you want asked we will include in the complaint and will send to the company for answers.

The template for the Canadians to demand answers from their government and the rcmp is ready to roll for tuesday. I truly hope all my canadian friends show them what canada is made of and make a stand as a group.

And we will see much much more of this and I personally support all proactive attempts to out this story and get it pubic where it deserves to be.

I hate to say this gang, but after this 5/27 fax to Pres. by Hodges, I am ready to be disappointed once more. Throw in the Mona crap where a guy can't tell the difference between 90 days and 24 hours and it just snowballs..
Now the plaintiffs are in lockdown, with Hodges probably wondering how is he going to make this one right..NEVER SAY ANYTHING TILL IT IS DONE.. NOT ALMOST DONE... BUT DONE!!

I HOPE I AM WRONG, BUT IF OBAMA BACKED DOWN AGAIN, IF TRUE..WHO KNOWS WHEN OR IF WE WILL SEE MONEY...

Think Hodges would have learned by now.....
I pray that I am wrong... Will gladly show remorse for these statements.


I am tired of not having proof. I faxed Attorney Hodges last Thurs letting him know my intent to file a motion or whatever legal action necessary through my attorney to demand release of any and all documents and evidence relating to any funds, monies, settlements, etc. for me as a CMKX shareholder of record through evidence of stock ownership with my certificate.

This has nothing to do with the lawsuit, being a plaintiff or not. This is my right as a owner of stock verified by certificate that if any funds exist that I have a right to as a shareholder of a once publicly traded company and there is said evidence of that, I want access to it and will talk to my lawyer on Tuesday as how to go about getting this evidence released..When I get my consultation completed, I will report back unless my lawyer decides I should keep this confidential till we carry this through.

All of us innocent , believing, at many times, gullible shareholders have been put through enough by all of the entities here, Hodges included.. It is time to see some proof and not just fodder on radical websites.. I, for one, have had enough. I hope others will join me in this fight...Gus , where are you!!!....

We will put out a pr of our fight for justice and the truth with up to date information we have. It will be put out to the boards quickly for input and in fact if anyone on the boards has an up to date pr they can send it in, we have a few already ready to go.

I hope this ends right away, but trust me this will not go to july if I/we can help it, we is those that do not sit back and wait now.

It is time to make a group stand, enough is enough and we deserve immediate closure on this.

You can make a difference as a group, so lets show them, this is for the canadians out there, let them know that you want them to do something about president obama committing crimes against us immediately. Complaints to your mp also should be accompanied by the same complaint going to your local rcmp. A phone call to each is necessary for your complaint to be heard.
