ALL plaintiffs have been asked to keep details of the lawsuit and communication from their attorney confidential. My understanding is that the plaintiffs themselves have communicated and they are in agreement...no one needs to do/say anything that interferes with Hodges work.
We don't need multiple threads on this board asking questions of any one plaintiff.
First, they likely will go unanswered--as they have to date.
Secondly, that's what PMs are for.
Certainly everyone here would like to get some answers to the nagging questions of this sucky roller coaster ride. However, it isn't going to come because there are 5-6 threads to the same person on the board.
The mods are asking politely for you to curtail it, so we don't have the guilt (lol) of sending you packing for a few days.
