I sure hope that if IHGP is actually buying back or retiring 3 biilion shares that were waiting their turn to be bought by investors,and not 3 billion shares already owned by investors that they plan to stealback at a fraction of the cost what investors paid for them if that be the case. I would term that a stealback if it goes that way. That happened to me and other stuckholders with a POS called PAIM a few years back. At that time I had about 3000.00 worth of that penny stock, and when PAIM did there so called BUYBACK, it came ftom already previous purchased shareholders shares. What a screwin that was, and the sad part it was all legal. It was termed restructuring the company. I called it theft. Paim stole those shares back at about 1/20th of what the shareholders paid for them.. Also right after that they changed there symbol I think to ZNXT.. Still pissed off about that scam. Hope for all our sakes that does not happen here...
