1)FIRST AND FOREMOST AN IHGP INVESTORS RECENTLY GOT AN EMAIL FROM THE C.E.O STATING A PLAN TO REPURCHASE 3BILLION OUTSTANDING SHARES.SO A SHARE BUYBACKS IS IN PLACE.

2)IHGP is doing a joint venture with Luums USA and Solar Masters and Aisle Sentry plus they have a ground break patent on the Electric Motor which several large companies have already shown interest in such as Honda, General Electric and many others,IHGP Announces Preliminary Testing Results for Patented Electric Motor IHGP announced today it has completed the first round of testing for its patented electric motor design. The preliminary results show the motor producing 70% increase in overall power versus the traditional electric motor designs. The company also tested a variant of the motor as a generator and the testing provided an increase of 200% over the standard power generation motor designs. IHGP will follow up with a press release on this? from what i understand.

A}The joint venture with Aisle Sentry includes the use of Interact Holdings Group’s LED products in conjunction with the existing Aisle Sentry product line. The Company also views this as a positive inroad to providing LED lighting for the grocery store market segment. If Interact Holdings Group IS able to supply LED lighting for all the stores Aisle Sentry is currently in at the end of 2010, it could add well over $1 million USD in additional sales for the Company
