They had to , because of the innovative of the product , theat could be a big thing on the water heater industry , if they start trying to produce with no sales commitments or projected sales , if and I say If someone offer a buyout the price will much lower than the actual case , thats one of the points .
secondly I think that give confidence to investors that what they are saying is not just smoke like many other pinksheet do , that they have actual contracts with several companies to sell the product is a big step foward.

I know some were expecting some numbers , but they have a lot to do , before product is ready to third party testing , they cant afford to get the a product and then have to go back cause it didnt meet the standars , they taking their time and doing everything they have to have a good product ready to pass UL and any other certification needed , and they letting us know about it.

Can you ask for more ???.... I guess some will...
