Not in a rush, and, this will obviously take some time....so many on the boards postings suggest that they were undergoing testing by 3rd party.....

Many postings about them already having a working model......

Well, it seems to be working, but, they cannot send, yet, a model for agency approvals........

Wow, it just seems they wasted no time in announcing all these multi million $$$$ LOI's and they aren't even at 1st base yet in terms of having a working tank ?

OK, maybe they are at 1st base, but, would seem that they would be further on before announcing all these potential contracts....

I mean, if it still takes another 6 months before they are able to complete a marketable unit, send for safey approvals, and obtain approvals...... why announce LOI's almost a year prior ?
