What the Banks and R&H THINK, is much more important to me.

WHY???? Because both are independent third Parties. I'll follow their actions. One has said "NO WAY" and the other has not resigned.

"The Banks" obviously do not like SPNG. SPNG had to turn to factors instead and they will deal with anyone as long as the credit worthiness of the receivables show them to be a good risk.

Why would R&H resign? As long as the Mutts pay them I'm sure they would be content to stick around for a long time.

If Moskie's 10Q version of the accounting is correct (and come on, that is ludicrous) the Ks would have been filed by now and the company would not be almost three years behind in its audited reports to shareholders.

How much time does it require to file a 10K when 99.4% of all sales are to six customers, as Moskie claimed in his last 10Q? You claim to be an accountant. You should know the answer to this. I'll give it to you though. Not very long.
