How much time does it require to file a 10K when 99.4% of all sales are to six customers, as Moskie claimed in his last 10Q? You claim to be an accountant. You should know the answer to this. I'll give it to you though. Not very long.


Especially for a company with only $5.6 million in sales, and with the new auditors being able to use most of the workpapers from the previous audit, the answer is two months max.

We're now going on month ten. Anyone else hear the alarm bells going off? ;)
