Disagree. What the SEC thinks is a BIG ?????????.

What the Banks and R&H THINK, is much more important to me.

WHY???? Because both are independent third Parties. I'll follow their actions. One has said "NO WAY" and the other has not resigned.

The TRUTH is somewhere in between all three.
