Sorry, but it doesn't work that way. Put 4 gallons of water in a microwave and see how long it takes you before its at 110 degrees. Of course WDRP is using a different magnetron and configuration, but you can't get something from nothing. 110 volts from a 30 amp circuit will only produce so much energy. If it works like Stinky said, would we be able to run this off a 12 volt battery? NO.
Do a search for 3000 VAC transformers and see if you can find one that will work.
