I doubt

it's Urban buying back shares. Get that strange thought of Urban working for the shareholders out for good cause he ain't. Never was and never will. Somebody, however, has been accumulating a ton of this POS.

Also according to my recollection, many brokers didn't allow folks to buy CTKH before it shot up, either. So maybe there's something there.
