It means Urban didn't really start accumulating the share buyback until September. All shares sold during May and June, July during the BIG pump didn't even put a dent on the accumulation chart. The real spike in accumulation started in early september and its still climbing. No other explaination than Urban has been buying shares, individual investors would hardly put a dent in the climb on the accumulation chart.
