Perhaps you should reread my post to Larrywh and rubco. In a nutshell, what I am saying is to start a newco(not my idea btw) and using your shareholder list, invite each to be issued share for share. Those that do not wish to participate, so be it. Those that may wish to join that are not currently shareholders, well, that would be up to you and the other shareholders.
My point is, these other groups that were asked to submit proposals to these banks don't have the XN debt, right? So I assume they are open to other ideas not tied directly to XN or XI.
Am I missing something?
