No, the banks are talking to me because they invited me and a few other groups to submit proposals (after publishing a request for proposals) to acquire Xechem Nigeria back in July of 09. Yes, they are pissed off, between the three banks they are owed a pretty substantial amount of money they've had a lot of issues with the company for a while.
As I said, "Could be start a NewCo in the US and leave all the shareholders and creditors with nothing (or take select ones with us), sure we could." Starting a NewCo gives us two options leaving everyone behind or bringing select people along with us. Unless I'm missing something that I said other than this, I didn't mention you saying we should leave the shareholders. It's entirely possible that I did, but quite frankly, I'm too tired to look through the rest of my posts tonight to verify. Going by this one post that you replied you, I was simply saying that we could, not that you said we should. I apologize if I made it sound that way...
