Notice the volume? CYBL has 9 Billion shares left to dilute. At .0001 or less; that would generate a maximum of $900,000. You have to have enough stock Authorized to cover your debt. CYBL's last reported debt was over $27 million.

If CYBL cannot find anyone else to absorb these shares, of course a Reverse Split will be necessary. To cover their debt woul be another reason.
