Actually Sabeon, I think I found "one" reason for the delay.

I use Pinksheets.com like most of you . It's no longer called Pinks Sheets it's now merged with OTCmarkets. Just after the change there was a notice explaining there was some regulatory changes concerning PK L2 quotes.
I can't find the news at this time, but it sounded like they were required to change the way they do the quoting and make all pk L2 quotes available.
Seeing it happened about the time inix got pk L2 running, it tells me part of the hold up was pk giving out the feeds.
I could be way off base, but it s the way it sounded to me reading between the lines.
