Spec, I'm pretty sure that the only reason iFinix gave for the delay was that DC hardware issue, that's what I'm going by. If they stated another reason, then I'm willing to consider that.
That is exactly what happened. The change affected all of the data centers and therfore more companies than just iFinix. It was certainly bad timing for INIX that the merge came when it did as it the main reason for the delay in the data center completing the Pinksheets L2 coding.
