TARM and TRGD total diluted share numbers?

I'm trying to determine total (diluted) share counts for TRGD and TARM. Working backwards profit and EPS numbers in your spreadsheet, I get:

54.4 million TARM shares
103.7 million TRGD shares

What total (diluted) sharecounts did you use for your eps calculations for TARM and TRGD?

I know TRGD's total diluted share count has a certain amount of uncertainty (particularly any loans or options to mgt that may cause substantial increase in diluted share count). Your number differs from what I see on Tradestation for TARM (41.69 shares outstanding).

Any clarifications will be appreciated.
