i hope they needing only150-200k (1,7 mil X 0,12=200k)...that means diluition about over.

now that we have good revenues and net income, why these 1,7 mil.?
...company needs absolutely to explain shareholders.
i bought hard this stock for four reasons:
type of business, company trasprency, low float, no diluition.

...so,today i put a personally 17-18 mil. O/S stop loss (or about 10% O/S increase from now).
