With the last time I spoke to CEO he mentioned that they need about 200k in the short term for expansion and kind of hinted that they might be selling some (his words were: "do we need 150k-200k to get some of our expansion off the ground, yes. Are we going to finance it with millions and millions of shares, no". So it does explain most of the trading in the past few weeks. Sweet, I can live with it.

P/E ratio still very, very low. What is encouraging is that with this 10% increase in float there was enough interest in the stock to soak it up and form this new base.

Hopefully they will update us soon as to how they are using it.
