Im in to Bodybuilding. Did my first show last year. My split Sun: Legs Monday: Chest/ 2 sets of shoulders/ 2 sets of Triceps Tuesday: off Wednesday: Back/Hamstrings Thursday: Bi's and Tri's Friday: off Sat: off Cardio: 4 times a week after training. The reason I get 2 sets of Tri's on Monday and then again on Thursday is I'm trying to bring them up. 4 food meals and 3 shakes a day. Sorry for the delay, had to work a bit.
