Chopp: you lift weights, strength train, mix it up? what's your program like?
when I had time, I split the muscle groups up into 4-5 workouts each week. now it's legs/shoulders together one day, chest/back the other (bis/tris get some love). 5 min cardio, 5 min abs in there on each day. talk about packing it in...
run for cardio on other days, but only when i feel like it :)
