Alert...Bought 14,500 of 25,000 shares of APPA at $1.82 in the Established Portfolio before the close today. I did not know how much filled as I just checked it! 10,500 of a 25,000 share order did not fill. Now holding 39,500 shares. Will add if it dips below $1.80 again.
