Give Me Power Corp (GMPW)

They aren't "sleeping." I first noticed GMPW in August. When I sniffed out that something may be happening, their authorized share count at Nevada was 10 million. Their old SEC filings showed 50 million. When I asked the TA which was correct, he said he'd ask the company. Within days GMPW filed a "correction" amendment at Nevada showing the true count of 50,000,000. That told me that the company was awake, alive, and cared. If that was true then, when there was no trading in the stock, no news, and no "buzz" here, it's certainly true now. The amendment was filed 9/28/09:
