I never said they are 'sleeping'. They are a publicly trading company, and there are people willing to buy their stock, and HAVE bought their stock. Granted they aren't twisting anybody's arms to invest, but, imo, if they have investors, they owe it to them to keep them informed, and do what they can to increase shareholder value. The 'amendment' you speak of is not the same as a public detailed statement that addresses, and updates shareholders.
