Yes,that's Infineon's software to take control
of the TPM as well as TPM key management.
ST Micro provides Wave's ESC software to provide
those same functions with their TPM & NTRU TSS.

What is not clear with the Atmel/NTRU offering
as of yet is what software Atmel will provide
with their NTRU TSS to perform the same functions.
Will they also use Wave's ESC or will they use
their own software?
If they were going to use Wave's ESC why haven't
we seen an announcement yet & if Atmel are using
their own software or another third party's why
hasn't this also been released?
Either way the Atmel/NTRU solution is incomplete
as of today......
