To my knowledge... the people running NUEC bought out ANVH got rid of the corrupt people running that stock, AND THEN transfered assets. In other words, tried to do good by restarting things from ground up. That's very unfortunate with what happened with ANVH, but again, The people who were running that show TO MY KNOWLEDGE have been terminated. . .
