Name of registered agent on NUEC filing with Florida SOS is Kevin Cohen.

Kevin Cohen runs BAG, a company rewarded with 25 million shares of ANVH immediately after Fischer took over ANVH and implemented a reverse stock split. Fischer was also listed as a director of BAG. Fischer registered the website for BAG while Cohen registered the website for ANVH.

The Avalon Group, run by Fischer is the majority shareholder of NUEC just as they were with ANVH.

You can put anybody in as an officer but when you are the majority shareholder you make all the decisions now don't you?

There are plenty of folks involved here that were involved with ANVH.

And they bounced a $52 check meant to amend this company.
